From 1964 until 1969, the Moskwitsch 408 was manufactured in the former Soviet Union from Awtomobilnij Sawod imeni Leninskogo Komsomola” respectively “car manufacturer Leninist Komsomol”. It was the third generation of the vehicle fleet and the direct successor of the 403, which is also available as Herpa model.
