Presumably in May 2009, the new Herpa inloader will be available based on the Langendorf Flatliner. The Flatliner allows the transport of extra-high pre-cast segments - for instance concrete-, brick - or wooden prefabricated walls and noise-protection elements. In the plant, the elements are loaded on flats, similar to a pallet but a lot longer. The Flatliner picks these up completely loaded. Contrary to glass transporters, the Flatliners are open on top meaning they have neither roof nor side walls. The original is a variant from the fleet of the construction giant Max Bögl.
