The municipal fire department Nuremberg has 385 people with five permanently occupied fire stations. We have picked two very special vehicles from the fire department’s versatile fleet, which are now realized in the 1/87 scale. One of them is a MAN bus ELW3, a mobile command to guide larger brigades during major claim events and catastrophes. It offers room for four clerks, a conference room for 12 people and is equipped with telephone system, radio, copier and an own power supply. It is assigned to brigade 5. The second vehicle is a Mercedes B-class, which serves as operation control vehicle for brigade 4.
